Alias (Customer.io)

Use this action to connect an old customer identifier to a new one.

Add the action

1. In the WeWeb editor, go to the Integrations tab and add the Customer.io integration.
2. In an Interface workflow, click + Add action.
3. Select Customer.io → Alias.
4. Select the Connection you want to use.

Configure the action

• From: The old ID.
• To: The new ID.

Common pitfalls

Reversed IDs

Make sure From is the old identifier and To is the new identifier.
