Track event (Customer.io) ​

Use this action to record a custom event in Customer.io.

Add the action ​

  1. In the WeWeb editor, go to the Integrations tab and add the Customer.io integration.
  2. In an Interface workflow, click + Add action.
  3. Select Customer.io → Track event.
  4. Select the Connection you want to use.

Configure the action ​

  • Event Name: A clear name like order_completed or button_clicked (required).
  • Properties: Optional details about the event (for example { "orderId": "123", "revenue": 29.99 }).
